When it comes to healthcare, expertise matters…but so do relationships. Built around real Kroger pharmacists and the patients they know by name, this campaign highlighted the personal connections that exist beyond the prescription counter. Through authentic stories and real customer experiences, the work reinforced a simple truth: when it comes to your health, good enough isn't enough.

I developed the original campaign idea and creative platform, rooted in the insight that great pharmacists know more than a patient's prescription; they know the person behind it. From concept development through production and launch, I led the creative direction of the campaign, collaborating with agency partners, filmmakers, and internal stakeholders to deliver an integrated brand experience across broadcast, social, digital, and retail channels.
